  Breakfast is also only a few choices to choose. The staff at the front desk is not helpful at all (I meant the night shift girl with glasses) !! Not able to speak English (not even elementary level) !! Come on! I request one more pillow and she is not willing to give until I request again and again! This one star is given due to her bed attitude mainly. PIN code as entrance key - not friendly go elderly people!

  Love this place, it has the best onsen bath ever! Super warm and clean, this has been my second time with this chain hotel. Tokyo and Mizayaki. Service is great! The inclusive breakfast in the morning is delicious. Although this location is a bit further, about 15 mins from the Miyazaki Station. You can take a bus and walk the rest of the way. It may save you 5mins. Lol It’s near The City Hall and Tachikobana Street. Shopping, restaurants and bars all around this street. There’s also a Mega Don Quiote to stock up all your essentials about 10 mins walk along the same street. Lots of Lawsons, Family Mart and 7 Eleven for your drinks or a quick bite. Only downside to this hotel was you need to vacate the premises btw 10-3pm. Cleaning is extra if you want it otherwise, they’ll switch towels and trash daily. They will hang new towels and garbage bags on your door knob. Leave outside your door the used items before 10am for the change. Every day. Breakfast was early 7-9am. Overall it’s very clean, staff are helpful and makes a great base out for all your exploring around this prefecture.

  The room is way too small for big and tall person. The restroom and shower bath are only good for petite sized people. The breakfast has few choices to choose from. The staff at the front desk was not helpful, perhaps they’re not ready to serve guests speaking English.

  Excellent budget hotel. The place is close to the center of the city. There is a lots of car park nearby. The breakfast is great and the menu slightly change everyday.

  Excellent service, great location, nice room, breakfast was very fresh, great quality, and delicious. Onsen is beautiful, very enjoyable.
