  I rented a Toyota Prius, but they assigned my parking spot just besides the entrance that is easily prone to scratches, and it was the smallest space, not to mention that the parking lot was not even full. I booked a two-day stay, and on the second day, the entire second parking lot had only my car. The hotel staff was also unwilling to assign guests with consecutive stays to the parking lot across the hotel. This kind of service is far from what I expected from a super hotel. Other issues, such as the extremely small bathroom and having to wait multiple times for an elevator, reflect a lack of facilities. Considering the price, these shortcomings might be acceptable, but the service is truly disappointing.

  Booked a room for two. Got a single bed and a double bunker top half above the bed. But the bed making wasn't done for the bunker bed. Had to bed make myself and ask for a cover for the futon. Pillow also had someone else's hair on it. Breakfast wasn't labelled so was hard to figure what's what.
