  I was greeted by friendly teachers and members when I moved from the U.S. three years ago. The best English-Japanese bilingual yoga studio in Tokyo, and offer good vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, sivanada, meditation classes, and meditation and kirtan workshops. Their restorative teacher training is known as the pioneer and rated best in the Japan. If you are new to Japan, it is good places to meet people. They have good mix of friendly local and international yogis, young and mature.

  素晴らしいインストラクターの先生方と、レッスン内容。なんと言ってもスタジオの空気間、雰囲気が本当に安心感があって、必ずまた来たい！と思います。いつも帰ってこれるような気持ちになるスタジオ。

  A fantastic studio. So welcoming and friendly. Most classes are in English just double check on the website. I would highly recommend this safe, warm, comfortable environment for your practice. The teachers have a lot of knowledge, so you know you are in good hands. Drop-in is ok. It's easy to find and so close to station on Yamanote line so its also good for JR pass too! I come back every time I'm in Tokyo! They also have lots of props if you're a prop kind of person!

  アットホームで気取らずシンプルなところが大好きです。予約せずに好きなときにレッスンに参加できるのもいいところです。
