  It's delicious! At Sumire, I basically only eat Shin Miso 2, so I don't really know much about the others.I don't usually eat miso ramen outside, but when I ate it for the first time, I was struck by the sweetness of the white miso and the sweetness of the backfat. I remember thinking that the combination of the richness of the cheese was a way to make miso ramen delicious ☺️ However, when I take a sip of the piping hot, rich miso ramen soup and pull up the noodles, I can't shake the feeling that this is crazy😂 I was thinking that I would be happy if yellow egg noodles came out. Partly because of the name, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to focus on Sapporo that much. It's relatively easy to get in right after opening or just before closing, so if you're complaining about lining up, please come by 😇

  The floor of the toilet is one step down, it's dark and I feel like I'll trip. I like my miso ramen to be simple with a strong miso flavor, so the mellow and flavorful violet soup didn't suit me. I prefer miso ramen with medium-thick yellow curly noodles (like Dosanko ramen), and violet noodles are slightly thinner than straight round ajihei noodles. However, there are plenty of vegetables, and the noodles, soup, and toppings are elaborate and delicious. It's a little inconvenient that you can only use PayPay other than cash.

  I also use this often. It has the same name as a famous miso ramen restaurant in Sapporo, but the origin of the name is completely different. You can go by Shakotan car without any problems. I always order the 2-piece set of Shin Miso 2 fried chicken. The miso is rich and delicious, and the fried chicken is also delicious. There is dried wakame seaweed, but if you add too much, it will smell fishy and be hard to eat, so be careful.

  I have visited you several times. It's always busy and there's usually a line. Sumire-san has been on my mind for a while. I have never been to the main store, but this was my first visit. I don't usually eat miso ramen so I was avoiding it, but sesame miso ramen? It was very delicious. It was light and had vegetables in it, which I liked. I want to go again.
