::Even though there were only 2.3 customers in the store including me, I had to wait about 7 minutes for my food to be served. At other Sukiya restaurants, your food will be served within 3 minutes no matter how crowded it is. On top of that, the customer service is not good, so I cannot recommend this Sukiya restaurant.

::After having to wait at the drive-thru, the customer service was poor and even forgot to pack my lunch. After I got home, I realized that it wasn't there, so I had no choice but to go back.The man who served the customer, probably a part-time student, apologized, but he had a grin on his face, and the male student who was also apologizing was also grinning, which didn't convey my sincerity, and made me even more angry. Ta. When I asked him, ``Why are you laughing?'' he said, ``No, I'm not laughing,'' and kept grinning. I thought this store was no longer viable. Even though there were 5 or 6 staff members, it took too long to serve the food. When I looked at other reviews, I saw similar things, and it seems like the customer service hasn't improved over time, so I'll never go there again. Then I'll go a little further and go to Yoshinoya.
