::The employee who visited the store for the third time this month was still unable to provide basic support. I wonder if it's just me, but I get ignored every time, and the customers who come later are treated properly. It's unreasonable.

::I'm satisfied because the basic service speed is fast and the taste is good. Regarding employees, there are some hits and misses, but within an acceptable range. However, when ordering additional items, if you place an order using ``New Order'' instead of ``Additional Order'', there will be 2 slips, and what should have been done with 1 slip will now be 2 slips, so the customer will have to choose between the 2 slips at checkout. I tend to forget that. (Employees do not know which seat number they have, etc.) The other day, I was eating at a counter seat where I could hear the tables and the conversation at the checkout counter, but I didn't realize that the customer had dropped one of the two slips, and the employee also had to take the second one. I didn't know this and was only paying for one side. When the customer noticed that the amount was wrong, he kept cursing and saying that it was the employee's mistake, even though it was his fault that he had dropped the bill and did not show it to the employee, and I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. I clearly saw where the customer had dropped the bill, so I secretly told the employee at the time of checkout, but he smiled bitterly, as if he was in trouble. It seems to be a common thing if you ask me. I thought that customers, including myself, should be careful when ordering additional items, so I decided to post it here.

::This is a national chain beef bowl restaurant that everyone knows. For breakfast, I always eat tamakake breakfast + pork soup. Egg-cooked rice eaten with soy sauce specially made for egg-cooking is delicious and different from the ones you get at home. It's also delicious when you eat egg-fried rice wrapped in seaweed. For 70 yen +, you can get a beef tamakake breakfast that comes with a mini beef plate. If you eat about half of it and then add beef to it, the taste will change and it will be delicious. Currently, the price of Tamakake Breakfast is 280 yen, but I think it's a great company effort that the price has only increased by 20 yen while everything else has gone up. When I go there in the morning, I see many elderly couples and elderly people eating alone, so I think breakfast that can be eaten for less than 300 yen is valuable.

::I ate a sukiyaki set meal. It's cheap, but it comes with a tabletop stove, so you can keep your food warm until the end. Even though the amount of rice was satisfying, the udon noodles included made my stomach full, so I thought two bites of udon would be enough.
