::The store was exactly as everyone had written. The counter hasn't been wiped down. Water doesn't come out. A male clerk was talking to the kitchen staff in front of the payment counter. I walk around the store floor in silence, carrying a bucket. The wind from the air conditioner hits the sitting guests directly. (Have you ever sat at the counter or seat to check?) Chopsticks and paper towels are not replenished. And so on... Another customer at the counter, who entered the store at about the same time, glared at me when he said, "I'll take your empty plate." (Well, normally people would just take it as a request to go home early, right? I don't know if they meant anything or if they dared to say it.) There were only three people in the store and it was empty.

::All of the tables were left with dishes from previous customers, so you could only sit at the counter. The same thing happened at the Shinonome store, so I wonder if Sukiya is using this style to turn away customers these days. The Tanna store was cleaned up immediately and every table was restocked when free hands were available.
