It's located on the 2nd floor of Ibaraki Airport, right at the top of the escalator. It had a relaxing feel to it, and I thought it was a local expressway parking area. I ordered cutlet curry and miso ramen. Both were of excellent quality, neither good nor bad, and the atmosphere was just as relaxing.

Came here to have dinner before catching an evening flight. Entry time is around 5pm. It's also crowded during Obon. There are almost no options for dining at Ibaraki Airport, so we recommend arriving early. There aren't many seats, so it may be better to reserve your seat in advance. The business hours are until 7pm, so if you go too late, you'll end up missing dinner (lol)

Visited around 12:00 on March 2, 2024. I ordered the Ibaraki set meal (1200 yen) and iced cocoa (300 yen). Is Ibaraki set meal Hitachi pork? It was a set of minced meat cutlet, fried plum chicken, and soba noodles. The minced meat was oily, but the plum chicken was quite tasty. At 1,200 yen at Haneda Airport, you'll only find some very bad food, so I think it's acceptable considering the price at the airport. If you consider other dishes as airport prices, the prices are generally cheap. However, is it because there are several people in line and it is relatively crowded? I thought it was a little slow that it took 15 minutes after ordering. I think the food is fried after ordering, but I would have liked to know something about that.

Every time I fly in from Shanghai to Ibaraki on Spring Airlines, I really love grabbing a bite to eat at Suginoya, a cafeteria-like restaurant on the second floor of the airport. Given that the bus to Tokyo Station leaves approximately an hour and a half after I land in Ibaraki, it gives me ample time to enjoy a Tonkatsu meal. The pork that they use is local Ibaraki pork, and it's fried to perfection. The ladies in the kitchen do a mighty fine job of frying up some of the best tonkatsu I've had, and I even get a mini portion of their scrumptious soba noodles. For just over 1,000yen or around 10 bucks, you will feel so satisfied and ready for a nap on the bus to Tokyo.
