::I went there about 3 times. As other reviewers have said, I think the teacher's technique and response are very good! However, in contrast, the person working at the reception (a middle-aged woman wearing glasses) was so incoherent and had such a bad attitude on the phone and in the actual customer service that I was stunned and didn't say anything.
