::Great Ryokan, the rooms are great, the view breathtaking and the service is excellent. There is some nitpicky stuff like sometimes things are not perfectly maintained but you are coming for the onsen, the ocean view and relaxation. The main downside which is ironically also a upside is that this hotel is kinda in a remote location. There is a shuttle service tho. If you don't plan to use the restaurants here then I suggest you buy some food before visiting this hotel. The next convenience store is 20 minutes away. I strongly recommend to at least try the breakfast option. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall this is the best Ryokan with an ocean view that I have ever visited. You have 3 private Onsen that you can use. 1 of them needs an appointment and the other 2 is just whoever comes first. The other 2 are gender separated Onsen. 1 of them switches from a certain time of the day to a shared onsen between both genders. From 4-6pm you can get free sake and beer in the relaxation room but even after 6pm you can pour the sake yourself. Those kinds of Ryokan are unfortunately dying out slowly but luckily this one is still going strong. If you have the chance then you should definitely stay here!

::The hotel offers vehicle transportation to and from the nearby station, so I recommend that every guest check in as early as possible. Different timeslots allow guests to enjoy unique culinary delights in various rooms, adding a special touch of ceremony to the experience. The hotel features many different types of hot springs, including one signature hot spring that requires advance booking. However, I found the other non-reservation hot springs to be just as wonderful. The mini-bar drinks in the room are on the pricier side, and there aren't many convenience stores nearby. So, I'd advise everyone to bring some extra snacks and beverages from the city before checking in. Overall, this is a hotel full of pleasant surprises. I'd be happy to stay here again if I get the chance.

::Fantastic experience. I have never experienced such attentive and kind hosts in my life. The room was excellent, well presented and spotless. The private baths were wonderful and the view is very picturesque. Breakfast was also delicious. If you’re looking to stay in a Ryokan - I couldn’t recommend this more. Thank you!
