  The coffee and desserts are superb. The staff are really nice. The barista gave my husband a chair since all the others were occupied. Excellent customer service provided.

  Nice, quiet Sutaba on the 6th floor. Plenty of seats. Very nice staff. Great views from the corner nearby.

  Nice, busy branch. It's nice that you can site outdoors (yet quite protected from rain), something that is rather rare in Japan. Minus one star for the music that is playing in front of the shopping mall, which makes sitting outdoors annoying after a while. It's too loud and the speakers too shrill (ruining the otherwise actually Jazz).
