  There's a store clerk with a really bad attitude. Feeling relatively young. Poor customer service manners. I'm not going anymore.

  Because it's located at the entrance to the Prefectural Medical University Hospital, the air conditioning wasn't working very well, so it was hot. There weren't many seats, so many people were drinking on the benches outside. We have a lot of staff, so the turnover rate is very good.

  A rare Starbucks inside a hospital ☕️ Are there any other shops inside the hospital? It was empty on a Saturday evening. There were only two staff members, but they served customers courteously. I'll have some delicious coffee 🙇🏻

  [Surprisingly many users] Visited around 10:20 on 2021/05/10 I'm going to visit Starbucks in Fukushima, but I never thought I'd end up going to the hospital just for that. [Characteristics of the store] ・Hospital store ・I think it will be the east exit, right after entering. ・I'm not sure if there are coronavirus countermeasures at the entrance, or if the store itself has some kind of countermeasures against the coronavirus. ・There are maybe 10 seats, so it's more like a coffee stand than a coffee shop. [How to get there] - Good access as there are buses from Fukushima Station and the store is located within a hospital. ・There appears to be a bus not only from Fukushima Station but also from Nihonmatsu. ・Although it would be nice if you had your own car, I don't think there are many people who want to go to Starbucks in the first place and go to the hospital store. 【coffee】 ・Because it is a store inside a hospital, there is no difference in taste or anything like that. [Customer service] ・Customer service is not different just because it's a hospital store. ・However, it seems that the default price setting for the store staff is take-out, so unless you choose to eat in the restaurant, you will be charged take-out.

  Compared to other Starbucks stores It's not particularly crowded though. It's too clumsy. I ordered a pudding frappuccino. Was it not cold enough? The whipped cream to put on top is crumbly. I did it over and over again in front of my eyes. I'm going to start over again, but I'm going to have to use whipped cream. Scoop it up with a spoon and discard it. By putting only the whip on top of that It would be okay if I had to do it again once or twice. If you want to retry 3 or more times, etc. I would like to recreate it from scratch. When it was finally given to me, it was out of the cup. It was sticky and I felt disgusting.
