::Excellent location and great view over the bay and KIX airport. However, the rooms and interior are outdated and feel gloomy. The free shuttle to the airport is a plus. But for half the price of this hotel you can stay in a much more modern hotel in the surrounding area.

::The hotel location is connected to Rinku Train Station and Rinku outlet which is convenient. The room is sea view which is nice. However, I was very disappointed with the airport shuttle timetable that only available for morning flights, my flight is 9 pm so I couldn’t use the service and decided to go by train instead. Moreover, the shuttle bus to nearby Aeon is also only available from 1 pm onwards. So, be careful when u plan the trip. This is my first time staying at airport hotel that provides airport shuttle only in the morning. Still confused until now 🥲

::Nice and friendly staff. Location near Kansai Airport is convenient. But make sure you don’t have a room near the elevator. I arrived late, took a shower and realized it when I was in bed. The noise from the elevator doesn’t let you sleep. It runs all night long.

::Great location as the hotel is connected to the Rinku Town train station and 20 mins to Osaka International Airport (Kansai). Has Lawson kombinis nearby too. Rooms are adequately bigger than Japanese standards. Clean, although a bit dated. Free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. 👍😊

::Check in experience was excellent. Had bag sent to hotel and it was brought to us at check in. Room on 32nd floor had amazing views. Room was bigger than other rooms we stayed in in Japan. Location excellent r for airport with plenty of shopping options nearby at premium outlet shopping. Hotel shuttle to airport terminal was very efficient.
