::Abandoned hotel with no service staff, no onsen, dirty furniture. Won’t be coming back.

::This place may have had its glorious days with full facilities like hot spring, swimming pools, and even massage services, but it is now more like a haunted building with none of the facilities nor staff onsite (except one person during the day time to give you keys manually). So although the room was spacious, the whole place has minimal maintenance and security. Not only the sofa and public area were dusty, but also we were actually worried about our physical safety the whole time there. Unless you have a special taste for such a place, you may want to avoid it. Also note the booking sites don't mention any of this, and hence you would have to read the most recent Google reviews to understand how bad the situation has turned into (based on our limited search, it seemed to be caused by covid).

::This place is not active now. But Narita airport bus will come here for pick up.

::On Thursdays they have the ladies day.

::Nice enough rooms, but no daily service, freak towels, or wifi to them. Showers are lukewarm at best. The onsen is nice, but opens late on weekdays. Staff is nice, but mostly clueless, other people in my group had serious problems with them over simple matters like receipts. The location is far from any restaurants, so you are captive to the ones they have there.
