Today's dinner was at "Chinese Soba Sowaka" in Toyokawa. Located 7 minutes walk from Suwacho Station. I visited on a Sunday just after it opened at 6pm. The store only has an L-shaped counter. There was only one customer, and it was a one-off operation by the owner. [Chinese soba + wonton x 2] The soup is made with soy sauce and salt, This time I ordered soy sauce according to the rule on the top left. I also topped it with two wontons. The flavor of the seafood comes to the fore in the soup, A clean taste without any unpleasant taste. A cup of sweet and sharp Kaeshi. It has a richness and depth similar to tamari soy sauce, Even though it is light, the flavor is concentrated. The noodles are medium-thin and straight. Ingredients include green onion, mizuna, menma, naruto, grilled pork, The lineup includes two additional wontons. The wonton with ginger is especially delicious. Next time I'll try salt. Thank you for the meal.

The Chinese soba (soy sauce) here is super delicious! Is it bonito when I enter the store? The soup has a nice aroma. Ramen labeled as ``special'' comes with all the toppings on top, making it a great deal. Moreover, the wontons here are extremely delicious, so I recommend the special wonton toppings. (The smooth skin is the best) Also, the flavored eggs seem to be warmed up a little before topping, so the insides are cold, the soup doesn't get cold, and the yolks are soft and half-cooked, which is great. The noodles are thin, straight, a little soft and go down smoothly, and the elegant soup is irresistible. I don't usually write reviews because some reviews say things like ``the owner is unfriendly'' and ``the ramen isn't delicious,'' but I love the ramen here so much that I'm writing one for the first time. First of all, regarding his amiability, I can't say that he's amiable, but it doesn't mean he's unpleasant. The reviews say that they didn't say "Welcome", but they say it every time. However, the voice is a little low and hard to hear. It's not suitable for people who want to have a friendly conversation with the shopkeeper, but it's actually great for people like me, who are shy and want to avoid conversation as much as possible. Also, I can't comment on whether ``the ramen is not delicious'' as it depends on the person's taste, but it is a delicious ramen that will be perfect for people who like Chinese soba. (It's my personal opinion that I don't like the ramen, but to be honest, people who say the ramen here is bad have doubts about their taste, and I think it's a hateful review.) In addition to the regular soy sauce and salt, they have a limited menu that changes depending on the season, so I look forward to coming here every time, but I love the soy sauce here so much that I end up ordering the same thing almost every time. And sometimes I eat it twice a week. It's a delicious ramen that you'll want to eat over and over again, and you'll never get tired of it. Please don't be fooled by other people's reviews and give it a try. (I usually go to the store at night. It closes at 9:00 p.m., but if there are no customers, it sometimes closes early, so sometimes it closes and there are signs saying it's closed around 8:30 p.m.) There seems to be a lot of them.If you definitely want to eat, you should go early.)

When you enter the store, there is no eye contact or greetings such as "Welcome". I'm sure it's difficult to do this in one surgery, but I don't feel well. I changed my mood and ate a large serving of special Chinese noodles (soy sauce), but the soup, noodles, and toppings were all normal. The soup was thin and lacked flavor, the noodles had no particular character, and the wonton skins were hard. The flavored egg was just a boiled egg. Even though it was Sunday afternoon, the only rice on the menu, char siu rice, was sold out, so I didn't feel motivated. The exterior was old, but the interior was beautiful and clean.

I liked the simple taste of Chinese noodles, so I used to go there often, but when I said thank you for the meal and tried to leave after my meal, they didn't even say hello and glared at me, so I decided to stop going there. Is it caused by using your smartphone while eating? Does leaving the store 20 minutes before closing (13:40) mean it's late? I don't know, but I thought it was disgusting, so I'd like to comment.
