::As a first time traveler to Tokyo going solo, I was very happy I chose this hotel. Clean, helpful staff, great location and bigger rooms than I expected with plenty of amenities available such as breakfast, free toiletries, and washing machines. Plenty of restaurants to eat at nearby, 3 train stations within a 5 minute walk or less, tourist sites, shopping districts, and museums all within a twenty minute walk or less. Would happily stay again and highly recommend!

::Weāve stayed in two Fresa Inns and both have been perfect for us. Mid-range price, modern, clean and comfy rooms. Small rooms but not as tiny as other hotels weāve used. Comfy beds, pillows and bedding, and a lovely deep bath. Plenty of charging ports for phones etc, and the staff were professional, helpful and considerate. This particular hotel is in a great area of Akasaka. Plenty to see and do but not over-crowded. And quiet at nightā¦ we slept well š“

::šš» Ā· Check-in and check-out process was simple, and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was bigger than expected, clean, and everything you need could be obtained at the lobby, including a wide variety of facial care products, toiletries etc. WiFi was stable and reliable. Overall, it was great value for a city such as Tokyo! šš» Ā· The closest exit to the hotel from the subway was undergoing works, hence we had to use an exit further away.

::There's plenty of food spots nearby as well as convenience stores. The hotel also has a cafe next door that you can go for breakfast. There's a train station a couple of minutes away which is very convenient. The price is also not bad when compared to other Tokyo hotels. Would recommend this place

::The staff here are very professional and assisted me each time I asked. This was my 1st time in Japan and my stay here was quiet and pleasant. I recommend this hotel! The price is very reasonable. The location was very accessible to the train station.
