  2nd hand electronics shop. Used to be mainly computers, now its mainly cellphones and tablets. Some staff can speak English, but not everyone does. A good bit of Japanese will help a lot.

  Unfortunately the used goods are not repair before sell to customer and the scartches are only written in japanese language only.
