::This is a soba restaurant that I've been interested in for a while because the building has a nice feel. I also ordered tempura, but it came out very quickly. The tempura was crispy and very delicious, and the important soba noodles were so smooth that I didn't have enough after I finished eating them, so I ended up eating a second one as it cost an additional 200 yen. There's something unsettling about the store. I wonder why? Interior? Is it because the people working there are very agile? The atmosphere wasn't conducive to leisurely chatting with friends, so I sipped some soba noodles and left after about 30 minutes. There weren't many side menus or desserts, so I really recommend it to genuine soba lovers (*^^*) The soba soup was also strong and good.

::It was raining, so the bamboo and small flowers visible through the round window were beautiful. There are various kinds of soba, and I enjoyed rock salt, sansho, shichimi, and soba-yu. The entrance has an automatic door, but there are Western-style and Japanese-style toilets located at the end of a stepping-stone path, but they are narrow and difficult for wheelchair users. The three tatami seats can seat about 6 people. It was crowded at lunchtime, so some customers were waiting for seats. Alcohol is also available.

::I ordered a set of hiyamori and beef bowl (small). The soba noodles had enough texture and aroma. The quantity is not enough for the price, but I guess it's normal for a soba restaurant.

::The taste was quite high among Matsuyama soba noodles. The wasabi was fresh and had a great flavor. The beef bowl was also simple and very delicious. The staff was very attentive and gave me water right away. Depending on the time of day, the soba-yu was a little watery, and the soba-yu was served immediately after being served, so it was cold by the time I drank it, which was different from my taste.
