::The restaurant is near JR Tawazako station. The soba was really nice, you can choose warm/cold broth. There’s English instruction of how to eat the soba, and how to use “soba yu” - soba boiled water as a soup. Recommended!

::A soba place that does one the best ramen in the world. The noodles quality was fabulous, thick , square, beautiful. I keep a fantastic memory of that restaurant and desperately keep trying to find the place that would beat it.
