::I've been going regularly for years now and I'm always satisfied, but lately I've seen two older hygienists (?), and one is sloppy and the other is very bad. I wonder if it can be improved a little. It can't be helped because it always hurts to remove tartar, but this time it hurt a lot more, and all the water and toothpaste from the machine was flying into my face, and I couldn't suck up the water in my mouth, so I didn't let my teeth gargle too much. There were times when I couldn't receive food, when people touched my mouth with saliva on my hands, and other things that seemed different than usual. Normally, I would just say it was a failure today, but since I've been coming here for so many years, I don't think I've ever had a checkup that was this tiring... After returning home, I felt unwell for a while.

The reception desk at a dental clinic can sometimes give the impression of being rather cold, but the receptionists here are all very kind. I was able to receive thorough pre-treatment counseling without any problems, and the treatment plan was explained in detail using X-rays and paper diagrams, so as a patient I was able to get an idea of how long the treatment would take and how much it would cost. It made it easier and helped me a lot. It seems like the business hours are shorter than before, and that may have something to do with it, but I get the impression that the people working there are working carefully and with plenty of time to spare. I'm afraid I'll have to take care of you for a while because of my lazy personality, but I appreciate your continued support.
