  not bad, basic japanese business hotel with unit bath, not too spacious but not that narrow. good for price including the 700 yen parking tower.

  Great location, friendly staff. But the room was shabby with discolored walls and stains on ceiling, and one of the hangers was broken.

  Great value budget hotel in Matsuyama. Easy access to all attraction. Tram stop 1 min on foot. Airport bus stop at Okaiido by 5 mins walk. Rooms are relative big as a business hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Free bike rental.

  Stayed here for 5 days once. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good because it is central, close to the street car stop, lots of restaurants in walking distance. would stay here again.
