I was very disappointed with SMBC Toyota branch. ::Even if you are a permanent resident and holds a gold driver's license, they will not allow you to make a bank account if your residence card is still "new" and did not stay for 6 months in Japan😂 (card was renewed last June) Funny thing is You can't even have a permanent residence if you didn't live long in Japan. These people🙄, their management should educate them. Are they really normally this racist? SMH🤮
