::I decided to cancel my Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Card, which I had been using for almost 10 years since I came to Japan, due to the bad attitude of the staff at the Takashimadaira branch. They responded with a grumpy attitude and the bare minimum of polite language: instead of asking if you could do something for me, they said things like I would like it to be done, and I would like it to be done for you. Even after the procedure was completed, they didn't say the bare minimum of thank you, they just looked at me, and the process was over. I originally went to register my seal, but I couldn't trust a bank with staff like this, so I took the reception number and canceled my contract on the spot. The man at the reception desk is also annoyed. I think that female staff member needs re-education. Isn't your Japanese better than me, a foreigner? Have you never studied the honorific word ``itadaku''? Or are you too proud to use it? lol

::I don't even want to give 1 star. This place is not established as a bank. especially! The receptionist man called "Oobo-san" has the worst service. It's not good when you don't explain things well, don't tell people about the waiting time, and start getting irritated even though it's your fault. In the end, even though I just wanted to change my registration information, I had to wait for an hour, so I gave up and went elsewhere. What does it mean that the number of people waiting is more than 30 minutes even though there is only one person who is currently responding? At another store, there were 5 people waiting, but the process was completed in 30 minutes. Perhaps because this store is in a unique location, it attracts people who can only provide poor service. While I was waiting for a while, I heard angry voices from both the bank transfer counter and the ATM area.

::I visited during the daytime on weekdays, but the waiting time at the counter was long. When it was my turn, I was forced to sign a contract for a new service in addition to the necessary procedures, and the procedure was so long that I thought this was the reason. Even though I had told them that I would be going to other government offices and other formalities that day, I felt that the bank employees were only thinking about their own interests. In the end, it took about an hour to complete the process, which was supposed to be just a matter of changing the notification items. I will never go here again.

::When you think of a bank, there are a lot of bicycles parked around the branch. Lines forming at ATMs...this is a common sight. This is on the 2nd floor, so you can't see what's inside. No bicycles can be parked around the building; the bicycle parking lot is closed. You can't put it anywhere, and you can't see people coming and going. It was difficult to enter so I stopped. The atmosphere differs depending on the area.

::It's quite a walk from the east exit of Nishidai Station. There are no stairs in sight, so you have to take the elevator to get to the second floor, which is a hassle. There are stairs, but it's hard to find because you have to open the door. Our business hours have changed to 15:00, but the new [Nishidai Station South Branch Office] has become more convenient.
