  I needed to go for an inheritance-related appointment, but when I made a reservation over the phone, it was quite far in advance, so I just popped in. The wait time wasn't too long and the woman who took care of me was kind. When I went to another branch about 20 years ago, the staff was arrogant and treated salty, so it's on a completely different level from then.
