  Just because it's a famous bank doesn't mean the service is good. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the staff. I made a reservation, so they called me, but I was surprised that they didn't tell me which one they were calling and asked me questions right away (;_;)

  They have strong prejudice against foreigners. The reception staff do not treat customers well. I don't think all of them are bad because they are foreigners. I was really shocked.
