::I felt being discriminated by the staff because I don’t speak Japanese. They refused all of my requests unless I found someone helps me to translate. So I cannot transfer my own money to another account and close my account. The website said that it’s easy to transfer money to foreign account using internet, but the app showed error message. So I have to go to bank. But the bank staff refuse to help me, event when I said that I agreed to pay the high fee to transfer money via paperwork.
