  When I went to open an account, I was told to open an account using an app on my smartphone, so I downloaded it on the spot and opened an account, but I was surprised to find that it didn't even register my seal. Even though I came all the way, I wish I could have done it at home. Moreover, one card has cash card, V points, debit, and credit functions. And surprisingly, it's a numberless card! I don't even have a passbook. I don't know what it is anymore. I asked a question because I didn't understand what the V point meant, but I still didn't understand anything. Wouldn't it be nice if I could just deposit and withdraw money normally?

  Even though no one is waiting at the counter, they try to get me to transfer money at the ATM. Currently, there is a system where you can't transfer money at the counter.The customers are also having trouble with the unfamiliar operations, so it's not easy to make a transfer.I decided not to do it because it seemed like it would take a long time. I forgot there was a convenience store lol I got transferred so I can't afford to lose my money. I came to the bank, but it's a bank I never want to use.

  The customer service is very pleasant. However, ATMs and parking lots are often crowded. Even if I wanted to use the ATM on Saturday, the parking lot was closed, so I had to park on the street and walk all the way to the north side to get to the ATM, which was inconvenient. There is also a lot of street parking, which is a nuisance.
