  When I went to make an appointment and had to sit and wait for about 5 minutes, I was told that they were not accepting new patients. Why did you make me wait without telling me that I was new? I feel very bad because it seems like they are deciding whether to accept the patient based on the patient. It seems that reviews with low ratings will be deleted.
