I had to wait for about 50 minutes at Shin-Yamaguchi Station, so I exited the ticket gate and went to the Sukurvan Shin-Yamaguchi Station store, which is close to the Shinkansen ticket gate. I'll have bread and coffee. The bread was golden curry bread, asparagus cheese, and the drink was hot coffee. The curry bread is a delicious curry bread that you can see contains beef, just as the claim of the beef-rich golden bread is. The asparagus cheese was also delicious and had a melty cheese inside, which I really liked. Both the curry bread and asparagus cheese were delicious. I would like to use it again when using Shin-Yamaguchi Station. Thank you for the meal.

Used for time adjustment during business trips. There are seats with power outlets. I didn't expect much, but the bread was very delicious. Especially the curry bread. The staff's service and product introductions inside the store are heart-warming and create a relaxing atmosphere. It was a store that I would like to use again.

One of the two restaurants inside the Yamaguchi Bussankan, located in front of the Shinkansen ticket gates at Shin-Yamaguchi Station. It has a variety of products similar to what you might find at a local bakery. The highlight here is the special curry bread, which costs 280 yen each, but I think it's worth it because the meat is so chunky. There is a large eat-in space inside the store. I'm also happy that the coffee costs 300 yen. The coffee was more delicious than I expected. If you want to take out coffee on the Shinkansen, you can go to the 7-Eleven inside the ticket gate, but the coffee is delicious, so it's also a good idea to buy bread and coffee here before boarding the Shinkansen.

Typical bakery you would expect in Japan serving usual western style pastries.
