::A vegetarian restaurant that focuses on vegetables, located a little far from Izumi Station. I think it's easy to find because the signboard is relatively large and the parking lot is in front of the store. To be honest, I thought it wouldn't be healthy enough because it's mainly vegetables, but that wasn't the case at all.The protein was strong, the ingredients themselves had a strong taste, and the seasoning was very well done, so I was satisfied. The degree is very high. I was surprised. Sauteed soy meat, a high-protein menu item, is comparable to regular meat and has a perfect seasoning. The meal progresses. good. The daily menu also seems to change from time to time. When we went there, the menu was steamed steamed rice. There are a variety of seasonings, and it was delicious with sesame sauce, yuzu ponzu sauce, and pink rock salt that smells of sulfur. The vegetables are thoroughly steamed and have a sweet taste, and the manju, which is nicely wrapped with lotus root and jujube bean paste, is also very delicious. The menus were all about the goodness of vegetables, and I felt like I wouldn't be able to do this at home. The carrot cake for dessert was also good with just the right amount of sweetness. The owner is in charge of everything by himself, so The food is served slowly, so take your time and drink some tea while you wait. I would like to visit again. I highly recommend it because it's a feeling you can't get at other restaurants. postscript--- Revisited. It's still delicious. The lotus root hamburger and yuba hamburger are also very delicious. The avocado dressing is rich and creamy, and you can really feel the skill and taste of the chef in these dishes. Added again--- Good as always. I don't mind that it takes a long time because I can spend my time relaxing. I had a medicinal curry for the first time, and I was impressed by how rich it was without using animal products. A store that I want to visit regularly.

::I was impressed by the okara konjac sausage✨ A total of 13 people visited us. Thank you for your support. Two types of hamburgers: tofu hamburger and lotus root hamburger. Handmade and very delicious. Okara konnyaku sausage. The skin is crispy and the inside is juicy. I was surprised at how well-done it was 👐 It would be difficult if it was next to 😅😅 When you go to Iwaki, you should definitely go. It's a one-off procedure, so once you make a reservation, things go smoothly.

::I found the place I was looking for for lunch. My first attempt at medicinal curry. It didn't use garlic and had the sweetness and spices of the vegetables, so I really enjoyed it! The soup is just delicious. No animal meat is used, but the tofu meat is very real. It has a plump, chicken-like texture that makes you feel satisfied. I'm particular about organic products, but I recommend them because they taste delicious without any discomfort. The drink bar also had Chinese tea and oat milk, so we had a fun meal. If you are going to eat, I think it would be a good idea to estimate 1 to 1.5 hours as the staff will only be there one-on-one.

::You are being dealt with by yourself. It will take some time, so please be aware of that. Vegetarian food. Although no meat was used, the flavor was amazing. What is it coming from? I feel like it's a mushroom. Detox-conscious tea and health-oriented menus. The soup has yam dumplings. It was delicious ( ꈍᴗꈍ) We ordered curry. Soybean meat is used instead of meat. I can't make anything delicious myself, but I wonder if it's similar to chicken? Soybean meat is being actively adopted around the world, so it might be a good idea to give it a try (≧▽≦)

::A Taiwanese-style vegetarian restaurant. I stumbled across this restaurant by chance on a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations in a good way. What I had for lunch was the classic "Lotus root hamburger set" which included burdock and okra soup, lotus root hamburger, salad, mixed grain rice, and vinegar drink for 1,500 yen. All dishes do not use animal ingredients. The soup had a strong flavor of dashi stock. The hamburger steak enjoys the texture of the large cut lotus root, and the grated radish goes well with it. There also seems to be other menu items such as medicinal curry. The amazake drink made with homemade soy milk is also very delicious. The store has a calm atmosphere, is clean and comfortable. It seems like the owner with a nice smile is running the restaurant all by himself, so it might take a while when it's busy, but it's worth the wait.
