::The kakiage made with Sakura shrimp from Shizuoka Prefecture is exquisite. If the timing is right, we recommend the "Red and White Kakiage Seiro", which is available in limited quantities. Toyama's white shrimp is also super delicious. Although it is Sarashina soba, the texture is weak, and the soba soup is also diluted. There is a line when the store opens, but after 1:00 p.m. you don't have to wait much to get in.

::I wanted to eat 100% soba, so my partner and I searched online the other day and came to the store! It was a weekend and it was almost 2pm, but there were no customers and we got in easily. The color of the noren was different from the photo, and there was no signboard, so I passed by the store and called, and they kindly told me about it. I was able to eat the desired 100% soba with my last meal, but my partner seemed dissatisfied with Sarashina soba... I compared the flavors and found that the 100% soba was much more delicious! ! I don't know how many meals are limited, but if you're going for 100% soba, I recommend going early āļø

::My family went to Yamaga-san while it was snowing~ It was just before 2pm, after the lunchtime peak, so it was empty. Fried shrimp and shrimp steamer 1500 yen? It was originally supposed to be kakiage in a warm soup, but I wanted to enjoy the crunchiness, so I asked for it separately. Transparent thinly sliced āāsoba is amazing It has just the right amount of strain and the sweetness of the soba noodles. It's delicious, and the soup is deep and delicious without being too salty. The kakiage that was served separately Dip it in matcha salt and enjoy it crispy. I dipped it in soup and had it with soba noodles. Finish off with a refreshing soba tea. We had delicious. The ingredients seem to change according to the season. Looking forward to it I wanted to go again.

::Sakura shrimp kakiage has the best crispy texture. I was very satisfied with the cherry blossom shrimp. The soba is Sarashina soba, which has a chewy texture, so it goes great with tempura! I recommend eating it with salt. Is the soba soup made with bonito flakes and kelp soup stock? It's not too salty and has just the right amount of seasoning. This is a soba restaurant with consistent taste and exquisite techniques. The price may be a little high, but I am always satisfied with the reasonable price. The inside of the store is nice and clean, and the staff in charge of the floor are polite and pleasant, and I have never had a bad experience. It gets crowded during lunch hours, but if you wait a little later it's relatively empty, so I think this is a soba restaurant that can be used for lunch entertainment.
