::I got to this hospital from a recommendation of my insurance company to the trip to Japan. I was not disappointed. The stuff was professional and kind it took some time to enter the emergency services but after the first seeing the doctors the recommend checked me to do a CT scan to check my condition was not from something more serious. The scan was immediately and around 40 min later there was result the gave me prescription for medicine and gave me a disk of the scan to show my doctor. The language interpreter was amazing and nice. And made the hospital experience better for an non japanese.

::As a foreigner, I was impressed by how easily everything worked out, and I was surprised by the outstanding translation support. I didn't have any difficulties, even as a non-Japanese speaker. I came early in the morning, and even though I didn't have an appointment, I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. However, it seemed unusual since even the translator was surprised by how fast everything went through.

::I was very well looked after since 2021 and received a diagnosis for an illness that I don't believe I would have got as quickly in my home country. The International Support team were always helpful and kind, I always felt at ease talking with them and having them present during consultations/procedures. My doctor was also very kind and cared about what I had to say beyond my illness. The waiting times can be a little long but overall I trusted this hospital and felt cared for, thank you.

::I went on an emergency and was alone They did their best to figure out my pain. My kidney were saved because of them. I’m from the medical field so I understand how busy they can be and can’t just jump to conclusions without further testing and that takes time. Japan also careful in dispensing pain medicines so ask for it if you want and they will make the right decision about it. They provide me with a lovely translator and carefully prepared food customized for my IBS and allergies

::Terrible hospital because the doctors are really unprofessional. The nurse's and translation staff are amazing and kind but their are 2 different doctors I met that are so awful. The first time was December 2019 and I was sick for 9 days because the doctor gave me 3 different types of incorrect medication. When I returned still sick they realised their mistake and only then gave me the correct medication. No apology. Just a "whoops. しょうがない." type of attitude. The 2nd time was October 2020. I hurt my toe and even though it wasn't broken it was really swollen and painful and I couldn't fit it into my shoe or even stand properly. The doctor didn't want to do anything and told me to just leave. I was so shocked. Just leave? When he saw my shocked face he then asked if I wanted pain medication. I said, "no! I want you to help alleviate some of the pressure on my foot because it's too painful to stand and walk!" Only THEN did he tell me that it's too dangerous for me to wear a shoe cause of how swollen my toe was and only THEN did he bandage it up. He then expected me to leave the hospital walking on my bandages. I was shocked again. He then took out a plastic bag and wrapped it around my foot as a "shoe". The nurse/translator looked shocked but didn't want to correct the doctor. When I exited his consulation room the other nurse's started talking really fast and then took off the plastic bag and gave me a proper hospital slipper for my foot to walk in. I'm grateful to them really. But I must give a 1 star because twice now I have had such bad treatment from the doctors! (Attached picture is the "plastic bag shoe")
