  The attitude of the receptionist was bad. I was told that there were a lot of foreigners around here, so I had to make an appointment to open an account. Since I live on 4-chome, I was forced to move out and told that it would be better to open a bank at Seishin Bank. For the first time in 10 years, foreigners were discriminated against in Japan.

  There are many ATMs, and the staff at the counters are courteous. The parking lot is large and easy to park. However, ATMs may be crowded at the beginning, 10th, 25th, and end of the month. Sometimes there is a line outside. It may not be well known, but a card-only ATM was recently installed, so if you don't use coins, we recommend using that ATM. You can use it without lining up. If you want to fill in your passbook, there is a bookkeeping machine right next to it, so just move to the side and use it, and the process will go smoothly.
