::Being a salt ramen specialty store, the salt ramen is delicious! I looked at the menu and it was definitely salt ramen. Light ramen with a little yuzu flavor. You can eat deliciously even in this hot summer. There may have been a lot of people working there due to the location, but they were very kind to families with children. I would like to go again.

::I visited him for the first time in several years. The store has a spacious parking lot and is easy to get in and out of. I was planning to eat ramen that day, but I found the salted tsukemen menu and ordered it. They said it would take some time, but it wasn't that long, only 6 or 7 minutes. Most importantly, I was happy to see that a few years ago I thought the restaurant was unfriendly, but suddenly the customer service attitude has suddenly improved. Originally, I would have given it 5 stars, but I'm sorry but I'm not impressed with this tsukemen. I probably shouldn't compare it to a tsukemen specialty restaurant, but even though I ate a large portion, the soup was bland and the noodles were nothing but shaped and made from wheat. Also, if the dipping sauce is lukewarm, you can warm it up, but I'm a cat person, so I'm fine with cold dipping sauce. However, even when it's cold, it's still not good. Although it's salt tsukemen, it's not salty enough. Also, the kimchi bar was a good idea, but I was disappointed that the kimchi was a little dry. I have visited other Shio Genshushu restaurants as well, and I thought that if I were to use this place, I should try the ramen type. Customer service is high point, but payment is limited to cash, so unfortunately I'm giving it 3 stars overall. I wish I could at least use electronic money, including PayPay. The price itself is fair. I will come again for revenge.

::My colleague took me there for the first time while I was on a business trip, and I wonder if there is one in the Kanto region yet? I thought they specialized in salt ramen... There was even soy sauce and miso. A wide variety of lunch sets are also available. The natural salt ramen had a seasoning that suited me. Although the staff was busy, they were energetic and polite without being sloppy.Maybe it's because there are many female staff members? I would like to go again if I have a chance
