::I accept large hospitals, but my family was called in for every test, so I couldn't work.At Nagano Hospital, it took more than a month to get a medical certificate after I was hospitalized and discharged. They gave me a medical certificate when I was discharged from the hospital, and it helped me pay for it later. Why does it take a month to change the rules when there are hundreds of people?

::I was admitted to the emergency department. I am grateful to my pediatrician for being so kind and providing appropriate treatment. When it comes to nurses, if there are good ones, are they really nurses? Is it? Are you working? There are people who think so. They don't want to listen to what we have to say, and they just have silly conversations at the nurse's station. Even though I should have been able to respond right away when I called the narl, it kept ringing and took a long time to respond... I didn't want to be taken care of here again.

::My first visit for a colon exam. The instructions from the teachers and nurses were appropriate and easy to understand. However, it appears that an additional sample was taken for a colon test at that time, but the additional fee was not explained to me when the results were explained, nor was I charged for it. About two months later, you will receive an invoice for unpaid expenses. There was no detailed information about the inspection on the bill, and I had no recollection of it at the time, so when I inquired, I was told that the person in charge was not available and would have to get back to me. 3 days since then. There was no call back at all, so I got frustrated and called them to explain the situation, but even though I was the one calling them, they gave me a long explanation and just insisted, ``That's how the system works, so just pay the unpaid expenses.'' Isn't it insufficient explanation to suddenly send an invoice and then pay the transfer fee? I feel like they could have at least written the details of the test on the invoice or contacted them by phone before sending it, but they were all too late. I cannot pay an invoice that I am not satisfied with. I was fed up with the response from the person in charge of the financial management section of the Planning Division. I don't feel like I have any responsibility as a member of society, even more so than at the medical office level. I hesitate to even give it one star.

::Waiting times for obstetrics and gynecology, especially obstetrics, are long. This is completely unavoidable, but if you are giving birth, you may have to wait more than 3 hours after your reservation time. The doctors, nurses, and midwives are all very kind, but the problem is that the shower time at the hospital is only 30 minutes. (This is also unavoidable) I also feel that there are fewer midwives working night shifts. Even if I called the nurse, there were times when she wouldn't come for a while. However, all the midwives who attended to me were kind. This and the Tsunoda Obstetrics and Gynecology Department are the only places in the Ueda area where people can give birth, so I would like them to treat their staff better and secure more staff.

::If I could give this place a ZERO star rating I would! I was victim of a drunk driving accident and was sent there by the ambulance. The doctor on call said that the accident was MY FAULT for having left Tokyo to visit Nagano. My experience at this hospital was almost as bad as the accident!
