  Very very slow service every day. This is the only 2 English speaking branches of Shinsei so there are so many foreigners there. They just keep you waiting for hours and ask unrelated questions due to the finance regulation in Japan, for example, why you need to invest your money outside of Japan. I can not really blame them but this is really annoying.

  Fantastic attitude when you first open an account, however, they're a little terse and cold to the point of being slightly rude if you have a problem with your account sadly.

  I've performed a number funds transactions at this Shinsei branch and always had a wonderful customer experience.

  Super helpful if you’re trying to open a bank account and only speak English. You sign up in English with an iPad they lend to you, and the card is prepared within an hour of arriving. You can also apply for Visa Debit cars for online shopping and presumably supports Apple Pay, too.
