  It has been renovated in a very cute way and has a library and coffee stand attached, making it a place worth visiting even if you have no business at the bank. I think it's a great place to grab a coffee and relax or study. It seems to have been designed by an architectural firm (?) that operates a famous cafe in Tokyo.
