::I have a medical checkup every year, and I feel at ease because all the doctors and guides are polite and kind. In particular, the nurse wearing glasses who took the blood sample was so wonderful that I was moved.

::Even though the internal medicine nurse is not a doctor, she judges the symptoms without even listening to the patient. I told her that the drip I had prescribed last time was effective and that I would like to order it again. ``Judgments are for the doctor to make, not for you to make. You are not the doctor, right?First, you should be examined, and if the doctor asks you to give him an intravenous drip, just say yes.'' I'm just saying, ``Why don't you give me the IV drip yourself?'' Is it a cold? So I went to the hospital, but the cough was so bad that I couldn't sleep at night. The IV drip I was given was really good, so I asked the receptionist if I could get another one, and for some reason this nurse came out. In the end, I was unable to see an internal medicine doctor, and the nurse dismissed my condition as it was no big deal. When I went to a cardiovascular medicine clinic, I was diagnosed with pneumonia. My impression is that this is a hospital where the nurses are more cheerful than the doctors. If you want to express your opinions to patients so much, you should become a doctor instead of a nurse. What is it like to be in a hospital where you come to the hospital with various limitations, but no one listens to you, and even if you talk about whether the previous treatment was good or bad, you are blocked by the worst nurses? Shouldn't patients be allowed to give their opinions? That nurse is the only one in internal medicine. I'm going on a business trip. I don't like it, but when I went there recently, they listened to me and gave me an intravenous drip. However, the nurse's private conversation was so loud that even though I was trying to sleep after getting an IV drip, her laughter was so loud that it was annoying. If my mother wasn't working, I could have gone on a rampage, but I didn't have the strength or energy to do so. Please be careful because there are wonderful nurses who can tell such a patient that it's no big deal. He looked like he was in trouble. He speaks in a way that makes him feel like he's as good as a patient. I don't have to go to a hospital any more, so I go to a hospital that is kind and listens to me.

::The window of the car parked in the parking lot was open, so I informed the receptionist, but there was no response. Was the male nurse who was in charge of me when I was hospitalized really a nurse? I asked a question about what would happen after I was discharged from the hospital, but I was given an incomprehensible reply, "Please think about it." The documents I had to submit here were a month late and it seemed like I had forgotten about them. Billing is quick, but it is difficult to get medical certificates created. The timing of the discharge is clearly strange. When I asked staff at another hospital (outside the prefecture), they said that the evidence as to why the patient could not be discharged from the hospital was ambiguous. It's really strange that there are no arm exercises on the self-rehearsal menu even though he is complaining of arm pain. Several medical professionals and the physical therapist I consulted for a second opinion were also confused about this matter. Apparently he was a crappy occupational therapist (very angry) It can't be helped that the quality of medical care in rural areas like Yamagata is low, but I think it's questionable whether the hospital is even meeting the minimum standards. I used foul language because I was talking about my precious relative, but I am very angry at this hospital for treating my precious relative so poorly. I really don't want to write a review like this because the staff supported me so well.

::I went to the reception desk of the Medical and Welfare Cooperation Office with a letter of introduction to transfer to another hospital. There was a woman there, so I tried to say sorry to her, but she recognized me, but for some reason she went back to the collaboration room a little further in and started smiling and handing the hamburger to the staff member. As I waited, wondering what on earth I was waiting for, another staff member in the back noticed this and took care of me. This is my first time seeing such a poor hospital. From the doctors to the office staff, the level is terrible. I go to a clinic, but it's best not to go to a slightly bigger hospital. From today onwards, I've decided to call this place ``Shinoda Burger''.

::When I visited the orthopedic clinic, Dr. M was wearing a mask, so could he hear me at this level of voice for the patient (elderly)? I thought he was a good doctor until he asked me that, but I could hear an elderly person, but that's because he was wearing a mask. When I answered, I heard it with my ears and it has nothing to do with the mask! I say it and throw it away. Regarding treatment, if I don't have surgery, I will be bedridden! He spoke in a threatening manner. That may be true since he is an elderly person, but is there another way to say it? Furthermore, they told me that this hospital could not perform the surgery, so I was given a referral letter to another hospital, but when I went there, they said that they also did not perform this type of surgery, so I was referred to another hospital that could perform the surgery. As I said, I was passed around at the hospital based on my letter of introduction. Can't we at least confirm whether surgery is possible? What is a letter of introduction for? Both as a doctor and as a hospital It can only be described as low level. It's said to be a hospital for the elderly in the area, but wouldn't it be nice if it was a little more kind to the elderly? I don't think it's okay to just do medical care because it's a hospital. Isn't the reason for the bad reviews being that small things like this can have a big impact on patients? I hope that the response from both doctors and hospitals will improve. It would be impossible though.
