::Unsatisfied with redelivery service. I changed my schedule to stay home at applied redelivery time. Nobody rang the door bell and nobody called me on phone. I just found a new absence notice in mail box. And now I have to change my schedule again to get my package. Do your delivery men know how to use a door bell or how to make a phone call? Why do you require a contact phone number if nobody use it?
