::Was very easy to mail a post card and get stamps. Staff spoke basic English but it was enough to get the job done

::The employees are very rude to foreign customers, have bad service, and use bad language. The offier are very rude to foreign customers. Poor service and bad speech which is not worth the money spent. You should go to use the service elsewhere.

::The ladies working at the yucho counter are simply the kindest in the world. They are very helpful and enthusiastic about their jobs. They helped fill out forms in Japanese and explained everything with wealth of patience. What's more it's not crowded at all as I guess only few people know there is a post office inside the city hall (which is sooooooo convenient!)

::Staff was very helpful and patient in helping me send packages and a post card to America. I did not speak Japanese but they had a translator device that worked pretty well.
