  First off, this is not a 5 star resort. What it is is a great place to spend the night. The staff was amazing and attentive the entire time. Even though the a/c was broken in the room, the staff did everything in their power to get it fixed and had the repair guys out numerous times to get it fixed, including getting them there after hours to try and fix it while we were at dinner. Before our arrival, the staff had gone out and purchased a portable a/c unit and made sure that it was always on and working for us. It is very rare to have service anywhere near as good as this. Each time we entered or left the building, the staff would welcome us and apologize for the a/c. After the first night, they offered to change our room, but we declined. I want to restate that this isn't a massive 5 star hotel, but a small business hotel with caring staff. If you want an authentic hotel stay, I would recommend no other place and I look forward to staying there again.

  Nice clean place, short walk from Jr station. Room is a bit small but workable.

  I love this ryokan, definitely will stay here again if I have a chance. Close to JR line & convenience store. Love it !

  Nice hotel service so good inside the room decoration is gorgeous and very cheap

  Nice service. Unique experience sleeping on tatami. Will be good if can supply coffee. Attached bathroom's shower and bath tub area is not nicely done so didn't use the tub at all. Lack of window is a major pull back for a price of such. Overall a pleasant stay.
