::The receptionist, an elderly woman wearing glasses, had the worst attitude. She shows too much in her face and attitude. I was the worst as a person. I don't understand why people like that work in the medical field. I understand that in this day and age, people don't want to let people in who are suspected of having coronavirus or the flu, but I don't think it's appropriate to make such a half-hearted statement as if they're going to kick them out. If other young staff members hadn't followed up on me, I would have been disappointed. I will never go there again. I don't even want to give it a star.

::It's not a big deal, but I can't leave my precious family in charge. There is not a trace of friendliness from both the receptionist and the nurses. Even though I was worried just because I was hospitalized, the response was too coercive. It seemed like the IV needle had been re-inserted many times, and I couldn't bear to look at my mother's arm as it turned blue and swollen. She was transferred from this hospital and was able to receive an intravenous drip all at once, without a single failure, and her mother's mental health improved. I will never go there again.

::The director is a famous oriental medicine doctor in the city and southern part of the prefecture, and I heard about it from another director, so I came here to take care of him. The vice director speaks calmly and takes care of my entire family. I trust that the estimates are accurate. As for the skin, it's fine if it's mild, but if the symptoms are severe, it's best to see a specialist dermatologist. As mentioned in other reviews, the reception and telephone staff are a little more responsive, so I think the impression of the place has gone downhill. It's a shame, since he's such a generous doctor, such an employee would probably be able to continue working without quitting.

::I developed a fever, and in this day and age, there are few outpatient clinics for fevers that accept patients, so I went to another hospital that was quite far from my home. The prescribed oral medication (acetaminophen) wasn't very effective (fever didn't come down, headache worsened), so the next day I went to the hospital to ask if it would be possible to prescribe a different medication since it's close to my home. I called for this. I think it was possible for him to be examined because he tested negative for coronavirus. The response from the woman who answered the phone was very disappointing. Her comments such as ``You just took the medicine for one day, right?'' and ``I can't see it here, please go to the hospital you went to yesterday'' gave the impression that she didn't care for me at all. I received it. I don't know if it's the receptionist or the nurse. I'm also a nurse, so all I had to do was answer the phone, but I didn't want to come here. I think there are some people who work seriously, so I think it's better to be aware that the attitude and impression of the person answering the phone can affect the clinic's reputation.

::My elderly mother contracted the flu from her child, and when she called her family doctor (for high blood pressure) at the time, she was refused because the outpatient clinic for fever was full. I was told, ``Actually, I would prefer to go to my family doctor,'' but after I explained my situation, they gave me a test and prescribed influenza medication. After the holidays, my mother's health and symptoms were not very good, and she collapsed, so I called her family doctor at the time. I was coldly told, ``Please ask the testing clinic,'' so I called Shimonaga's internal medicine department, and they treated and tested my mother for two days. (The person who answered the phone had an intimidating way of speaking...) I like that they can respond to emergencies, so I asked if they could use me as a primary care clinic in case of an emergency, and the doctor readily agreed. I was a little surprised because the prescribed medicine (for high blood pressure) was not a Chinese herbal medicine. (I thought it was a hospital that only gave Chinese medicine) Some of the nurses seemed to have an intimidating way of speaking, but I was really grateful that they accepted me even if I wasn't their primary patient.
