::Thank you for your help with the coronavirus antigen test. The receptionist was also kind, polite and helpful. At some other clinics, the receptionists may not be as responsive. . I'm really worried that I might be infected. I was a little nervous since it was my first time going to a clinic, but thanks to the staff here, I no longer felt anxious. Even after the coronavirus treatment was lifted, when I went to see the doctor, there was only one person at the reception desk, and even though it was a busy time, I really felt that they cared for their patients. When I visited the doctor, the receptionist apologized and said that she was sorry for the delay in responding. This is the first time I've come to a clinic that cares about the feelings of its patients. I thought it was probably due to the director's personality. I think it may or may not be a good fit, but I would like to have this as my family doctor.
