  There are so many cheap and fresh vegetables! If you come to Joetsu, you'll definitely want to try it! Meat and seafood are plentiful, but it's not all that surprising. The store in front where alcohol and other items are sold I didn't know that there was a separate cash register at a place where vegetables were sold, so I was warned. Also, I couldn't use my credit card. The payment methods I was able to confirm were cash and PayPay.
