  Some people say that the telephone service is bad, but when I actually went there, the dentists were very thorough in their explanations, and the office staff and dental hygienist were not unpleasant at all. I can't say that he's extremely personable, but he doesn't make unnecessary small talk at all, and I personally would recommend him to others.

  When I called to make a reservation for the first time, the answer to the call was extremely unpleasant. Even when I made a reservation, I wasn't even asked for my name, I just specified a time and that was it. I don't want to go to this dental clinic, but I have no choice but to go because it's the one my nursery school has assigned me to, but personally, I don't want to go to this dental clinic because of the way they handle the phone calls.
