  Oh my god, they are really trying their best to find things to annoy you! Had to spend around 90 minutes because they needed to check for example the % of alcohol of the toilet sit cleaner wipes that i have put in my package to send back home (because Uae Doesnt allow alcohol in the country) . I really didnt know if i should cry of laugh in this office. They clearly are a suburb office that can handle nothing more than routine things. Really avoid this office if you want to send things abroad. It will make you waste time and be quite frustrated at the end. I mean Japan is on the edge of process and efficiency but its quite the opposite in this office.

  Insurance solicitation rate is high.It's a hassle so I started going to the main office.
