  When I called when I lost my ATM card, a young female bank employee seemed a bit bothered and asked, ``Do you want to cancel your ATM card? If you do, it will take time to communicate with you over the phone, and the process will be complicated.'' He advised me to wait until they checked the lost and found box. But as I was worried and wondering what to do, the next female bank employee (maybe 2 different people?) firmly told me that she had left my phone once and that I would recommend issuing a new card. Ta! I was also grateful that he explained the procedure in detail and kept me informed whenever there was progress (*^^*)
