  I stayed at this hotel for six nights, in a room with a single double bed. The hotel itself is clean, simple and had everything we needed in it. The hotel and rooms maybe be small to foreigners but it is the typical Japanese hotel size. The major pros of this hotel would be the WIFI, it was extremely good and worked effortlessly like a charm! The hotel was also very convenient being only a short walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing and Shibuya Station. The staff at the hotel lobby were helpful and are good with foreigners like myself as well as extremely polite. They had a small assortment of pastries and juice in the morning complimentary with the hotel stay in the lobby’s bar. All in all I recommend this hotel if you are staying in Shibuya!

  Hotel has an excellent location in Shibuya for sightseeing. It's a very Westernized hotel with friendly, English-speaking staff. Not the cheapest option in the area, but very convenient. The rooms are clean and decently spacious for this area. The hotels offers good amenities (an onsen being the one exception). Definitely worth a look!

  This was a good hotel to stay at, excellent location close to Shibuya station. The rooms are adequate, keeping with Japanese size of rooms. The staff offered us a free drink each night which was great. But the service was fantastic. They were quick to provide any help we needed i.e. booking taxis etc and were very polite - all the time. We left our passports in our hotel room and travelled to Kyoto. They made every effort to ensure our passports were sent safely and arrived in good time for our international flight. That was amazing!

  Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean, though rooms are small. But I think most hotel rooms in Tokyo are small. They charge extra for early check in. This isn't ideal if you arrive in the morning. However, the staff were happy to look after our bags while we explored Shibuya. The breakfast was ok; they have pastries, soup and coffee/juice. If you like pastries then you will love the breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

  The location is ideal for those who want to be close to shopping and restaurants and the train station for easy traveling to other parts of Tokyo. While the building is older, the rooms are newly renovated. We got a larger room with a double bed, which had more floor space than most Japanese hotels. The bathroom was on the small side and had glass walls, which might be uncomfortable if you are sharing a room with a friend. There are complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning, which was appreciated. Overall, Shibuya Hotel En is a great affordable option for those who want to be smack dab in the middle of the action of Tokyo!
