  Great room, looks straight over the Shibuya crossing. Family of 4 didnt trip over each other. Great experience

  Fantastic location with direct access to Shibuya station. Not to mention a great view of Shibuya crossing. It's within walking distance to many shops, next to restaurant and pub areas and there's is don Quijote nearby which is opened 24 hrs!

  A bit run down and feeling old. Early check-in not possible (2 PM is 2 Pm!) so if you come in on a flight from Europe you better book a night before. Breakfast is very average and the restaurant is super full. But the location is fantastic if you need/want to stay near Shibuya

  A very conveniently located hotel right across Shibuya station. I stayed here in 2010 and if finances actually could allow it, I would definitely stay here every time I'm in Tokyo. The service is wonderful, the rooms are very spacious. The food at both restaurants were very delicious.

  Favourite place to stay in Tokyo. So convenient - so close to everything from food, sightseeing and shopping. Got upgraded for birthday occasion - what a surprise and a nice touch by the hotel staffs. Incredible view of this megacity from the room. You can see the famous crossing from the elevator foyer in every floor. Great amenities too, love their shampoo and bath soap. Spacious room and very clean.
