  Great location near Shibuya Station with direct access to the station from the 3rd floor. Great views of the city. Hotel Wi-Fi speed is average. The Japanese breakfast is excellent. cannot recommend the Western style breakfast buffet.

  Incredible location. Rooms are nothing to write home about. Beds were comfortable, shower had good pressure and temp. Laundry service available. Breakfast was pricey at $28 a head (normal for that location in Shibuya), the food was okay. It’s the direct access to Shibuya Station, Marc City mall and Shibuya crossing that make this worth 4 stars.

  Incredible location in the heart of Shibuya (right outside the famous crosswalk). Excellent service and accommodating staff (especially to someone who doesn't speak Japanese). The room I had was excellent. Recommended.

  Rooms are not protected in the winter. Breakfast is overpriced and mediocre. Prices decent.
